Community Manager & Moderator
Keep the group active. Welcome new members and answer questions before sessions.

Video Editor
Turn raw session recordings into sharp, watchable content. You’ll extract the most intense exchanges, and add clean captions.

Social Media Manager
Get our sessions in front of people on Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You’ll post debate topics, drop the video clips, and run our page.
What we expect
What you’re getting into
Few hours per week
We run on a weekly rhythm. We’d prefer a consistent 2–3 hours every week over big promises.
Real input
You’re coming in as a contributor, not just taking orders. You’ll be in the team chat helping us decide what we do next and how we do it.
Full credit
If you made it, your name is on it. We make sure people know who built what, on the site, on socials, and in the clips.
